License to use
Conditionally at the consent of the whole licence, the holder of copyright, Daniel Paquet (Paquet.ca Photographer), hereby grants the photograph's subject (the Subject):
- The right to use the photographs for personal usage (ex: to print, to hang, or to include in a personal photo book);
- The right to publish in social media (ex: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) in the context of subject's artistic activities;
- The right to use with resume, Press kit and to be included in news (ex: article, news, video coverage) in the context of Subject's artistic activities;
In all cases, all publications must include the photo credit: "Daniel Paquet — photo.paquet.ca". It is the responsibility of the
Subject to transmit the photo credit and to request the media to print it.
This licence prohibits the following without written agreement between the Photographer and the Subject:
- Resale or donation of these photographs to a third party;
- Usage for promotion, other than with social media and Press kit (ex: poster, CD, t-shirt, Booklet, Website, etc.);
- Any usage not specified in this license.
The Photographer reserves all rights, including the use of the photographs for his own promotional and artistic purposes.
This licence is conditional to the acceptation of the licence as whole.
